Role :

Lead day-to-day client relationships with clarity, confidence, and ownership

Translate business problems into sharp, actionable briefs

Orchestrate cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and digital

/n

Drive timelines, push for better work, and ensure nothing leaves the door half-baked

/n

Anticipate client needs and proactively bring ideas to the table

/n

Must-haves:

Experience in an integrated advertising/creative agency

/n

Strong narrative thinking — you can connect business, brand, and creative

/n

High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort with ambiguity

/n

Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing sharpness

/n
