Job Description
- Develop and execute the India marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage product portfolio strategy, product launches, and lifecycle initiatives
- Strengthen brand positioning and value proposition across customer segments.
- Drive market intelligence and competitor analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, website management, and online engagement.
- Develop marketing collateral, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sectors.
- MBA with an engineering background preferred.
- Demonstrated success in building brands, driving demand generation, and supporting business growth.
- Experience managing product portfolios, product launches, and pricing strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM platforms, and customer engagement programs.
- Robust commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
