Job Description
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts across assigned markets.
- Develop compelling sales and market growth strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Drive successful product launches in partnership with marketing teams.
- Analyze competitors and formulate effective competitive strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and business planning.
- Manage pricing strategy and profitability initiatives
- Generate market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Support OEM approvals and technical customer engagement.
- Conduct product benchmarking and customer trials independently

The Successful Applicant





We're looking for someone who has:
- 8+ years of experience in abrasives, paints, coatings, automotive body shops, construction, decoration, or related industrial sectors.
- Proven success in key account management and consultative sales.
- Experience managing a ₹40-80 Cr business portfolio.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence customer decisions.
- Experience in market analysis, forecasting, pricing, and product strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, conduct trials, and manage multiple priorities.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
