Senior Manager – Analytics & Business Strategy n

About the Role n
Lead the Analytics & Business Strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, business performance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business problems, influence key decisions, and build a high-performing analytics team. n
Key Responsibilities n
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. n
n• Build executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and business reviews. n
n• Generate actionable insights through deep analysis of business, customer, and operational data. n
n• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution. n
n• Standardize reporting, governance, and performance management frameworks. n
n• Champion automation and AI-driven analytics to improve business productivity. n
Team Leadership n
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Business Analysts. n
n• Set priorities,



review deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution. n
n• Build analytical capabilities, best practices, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. n
n• Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business goals. n
What We're Looking For n
• 7–10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics, Consulting, Business Excellence, or Revenue Strategy. n
n• 2+ years of experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams. n
n• Solid business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data. n
n• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). n
n• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. n
n• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. n
Preferred Background n
• Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon)n
