Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Systems team in coordinating multiple administration and development projects across our core business systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, and Tableau.



This role blends hands-on project coordination with business-analysis responsibilities, driving delivery of initiatives that improve Customer's Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Plan-to-Fulfill value streams while translating business needs into well-defined requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates clearly across technical and business stakeholders, and thrives managing concurrent workstreams in a rapid-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, and track multiple concurrent admin and development projects across enterprise business systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, MuleSoft, NetSuite, Tableau).
2. Manage sprints, backlogs, and delivery workflows in Jira, and maintain project documentation, decisions, and knowledge in Confluence.
