Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to LAN, WAN, and WiFi connectivity.
Configure and integrate current network devices with existing infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement effective solutions.
Perform routine network maintenance activities including firmware upgrades, backups, and system monitoring.
Provide desktop support to end-users and resolve hardware and software-related issues.
Manage and troubleshoot firewall-related issues and ensure network security compliance.
Hands-on experience with Linux environments and network administration.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities effectively.
Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-10 years of experience in networking or related IT infrastructure roles.
B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, WiFi, Firewall, Linux, and network troubleshooting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
