Role Opening: Senior HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive who can take ownership of the company’s HR operations and lead a small HR team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling end-to-end HR functions and contributing to the overall growth of the organization through strong people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Start by shaping HR plans that match company goals.
Lead and supervise a team of 1–2 HR professionals, ensuring smooth execution of daily HR operations.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Build and maintain strong employee engagement and workplace relationships, resolving concerns in a professional manner.
Develop and manage performance review systems, employee evaluations, and improvement plans.




Organize and monitor learning and development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities.
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation while improving HR processes when required.
Put systems in place only when they help people do better work.
Guide decisions using consistent practices across departments.
Make sure each step ties back to what the organization aims to achieve.
Candidate Profile
At least 4 years of skilled experience in Human Resources.
Ability to independently handle multiple HR functions and team leadership.
Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Experience in team management and HR process improvement will be highly valued.
