Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of IT infrastructure, networks,



and systems that support SurveyMine’s data intelligence platform and internal business functions. The IT Manager will manage and mentor the IT team, coordinate system administration and security, monitor performance, and ensure high availability of critical services. Responsibilities include implementing IT policies and best practices, managing vendors and technology partners, planning upgrades and deployments, and ensuring data protection and compliance. The person in this role will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to support scalable deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
