Role Description The Field Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves visiting existing and potential customers, demonstrating product features, and explaining how safety materials and protective wear meet client requirements. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations, and negotiating orders in line with company policies.



The role includes maintaining relationships with key accounts, collecting market intelligence, and providing feedback to internal teams on customer needs and competitor activity. The Field Sales Executive will also coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, while meeting assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
2 to 3+yrs Experience in field sales or business development, preferably in safety products, medical supplies, textiles, or industrial goods.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
