Role Description As a Founder's Office Intern at Circle, you will support the founding team in day-to-day strategic and operational activities across the business. This full-time, remote role involves conducting market and user research, preparing dashboards, and helping analyze data to inform product and growth decisions. You will assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives, including business development,
user acquisition campaigns, social media management, partnerships, and help manage internal documentation. The role also includes drafting presentations, communicating with external stakeholders when needed, and contributing to process improvements and new ideas that enhance the relocation experience for Circle’s users.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Basic familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), slide tools(Canva/Power point), AI tools (Claude)).
Demonstrated interest in startups, consumer technology, urban living, or marketplace platforms.
Ability to work across functions, manage multiple tasks, and operate in a rapid-paced, evolving environment.
