Accounts & Admin Executive
Company: Buffing Blade – Jayalakshmi Engineering Works
Location: Kadampadi, Near Sulur, Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full time
Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / MBA Finance or Equivalent
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, banking, statutory documentation and basic office administration.
The candidate should be accurate, responsible, proactive and capable of completing assigned work without repeated follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Handle cash book, petty cash and expense records.
Perform bank reconciliation.
Track customer outstanding payments and supplier dues.
Prepare GST and TDS working data for CA review.
Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
Support import-related accounting and documentation.




Handle cheque/cash deposits and authorised bank work.
Maintain company documents, registrations and renewal records.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Production and Dispatch teams.
Follow up on pending bills, documents, approvals and payments.
Prepare reports required by management.

Requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation.
Understanding of receivables and payables.
Good documentation and filing skills.
Good communication and follow-up ability.
