@ NCR, Sr. GM / AVP OPERATIONS required For a Biggest Apparel manufacturing Group in Asia with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA and European Brands.

n Exp: 24 - 30 yrs/ open
n Salary; INR 84 - 90 Lacs PA / (nego)
n
nStrengths in WOVENS is a must.
nWill be required to handle approx. 2000 machines capacity as a PCH.
nPrefer professionals with strong understanding of IE / Planning and other LEAN Manufacturing concepts along with strong business acumen.
nPrefer from IE / PPC Background.
nWill be responsible to manage all manufacturing related activities - on time shipments, AQL, efficiency, etc.
nPrefer with international work experience and at similar level / Position.
nPrefer Professionals with formal education in related field.
nReporting to the COO
nShould have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.




nShould have strong people and work management skills.
nShould be a Solid leader and a team player.

n Professionals with experience in Apparel / Clothing / Garment manufacturing Companies will only qualify for this position.
