Interior Designer & Sales Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an Interior Designer who can also handle the sales and client-conversion process. The role combines interior design, client consultation, business development, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate should be confident in understanding client requirements, presenting design solutions, discussing budgets and proposals, and converting enquiries into interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Client Consultation
- Meet clients and understand their requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and proposals based on client requirements.
- Present design concepts, materials, finishes, and solutions to clients.
- Advise clients on practical, aesthetic, and budget-conscious design options.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback.

Sales & Business Development
- Handle leads and enquiries from initial interaction through conversion.




- Conduct client meetings and design consultations with the objective of converting prospects into projects.
- Prepare and present quotations, estimates, proposals, and design presentations.
- Explain scope of work, pricing, materials, timelines, and company processes to clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain an organised sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with clients where required while maintaining project profitability.
- Achieve assigned sales/conversion targets.
- Build solid relationships with clients and generate referrals and repeat business.

Technical & Execution Support
- Prepare 2D working drawings and production drawings required for execution.
- Prepare detailed layouts, elevations, sections, furniture details, and other technical drawings as required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with approved designs and site conditions.
