Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a background in the publishing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in designing book layouts, covers, and promotional materials, with a strong understanding of the visual requirements for print and digital publishing. The candidate should also have experience in managing multiple projects, collaborating with editorial and production teams, and delivering high-quality design work within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: · Design and layout book covers, interior pages, and eBooks in line with publishing standards. · Collaborate closely with editors, authors, and the production team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling. · Create visually appealing promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and marketing graphics for both print and digital platforms. · Ensure all designs meet the technical requirements for printing, including colour management, resolution, and file formatting.



· Develop concepts and design strategies that align with the company's branding and publishing vision. · Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process. · Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies relevant to publishing. · Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. · Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
