We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) who understands the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and can identify, research, mine and qualify potential clients and opportunities across Canada and the United States.
This is primarily a lead generation, prospect research and sales intelligence role. The BDR will work closely with our Business Development Manager (BDM) in Canada, providing qualified leads and account intelligence so the BDM can focus on relationship development, meetings, opportunities and closing business.

Key Responsibilities




Research and identify organizations across Canada and the United States that could require Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Pages, Azure or related Microsoft consulting services.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Crunchbase and similar lead-generation and data-enrichment tools.
Identify the right decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, CRM Managers, Dynamics 365 Managers, Digital Transformation leaders, Operations leaders and Procurement teams.
Identify organizations already using Dynamics 365 as well as companies evaluating CRM, Customer Service, Field Service, Power Platform, automation or digital-transformation solutions.
Research target accounts to understand their industry, technology setting, business challenges and potential Dynamics 365 requirements.
Mine, enrich and verify prospect information, including company details, decision-makers, LinkedIn profiles, corporate emails and relevant
