WE'RE HIRING | Corporate Partnerships & Sales Manager – Gurgaon
Four KPM Wellness is building a recent category in workplace wellness — Corporate Recovery.
We are looking for a high-energy B2B sales professional who can open doors with CEOs, CHROs, HR Heads, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Benefits and Procurement leaders and convert those relationships into long-term corporate partnerships.
This is not a conventional wellness sales role.
You will be one of the key people responsible for building our Gurgaon Corporate Recovery business from the ground up.

Your Role
You will own the complete B2B sales cycle:
Prospecting → CXO/CHRO Meetings → Discovery → Solution Design → Presentation → Proposal → Pilot → Negotiation → Closure → Account Expansion
You will:
Build and own the Gurgaon corporate sales pipeline
Identify high-value target organisations and decision-makers
Develop relationships with CEOs, CHROs, CPOs, HR Heads, Total Rewards, Benefits and Employee Experience leaders
Generate meetings through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry forums and outbound sales
Understand the client's workforce challenges and corporate budget structure
Conduct consultative discovery meetings
Present Four KPM's Corporate Recovery proposition
Design customised corporate programmes
Lead pilot discussions and commercial negotiations
Close corporate partnerships
Build long-term enterprise relationships
Expand successful accounts across teams, location
