About the Role
We are looking for a technically robust IIT and NIT graduate to help build, improve and scale technology capabilities across the business. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Own technology initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
Build, improve and maintain technology solutions supporting business operations.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Evaluate technology stacks, tools and automation opportunities.
Work with business teams to identify and solve operational problems through technology.
Drive process automation and improve technology-enabled efficiency.
Maintain technical documentation,



standards and solution architecture as required.
Evaluate external technology vendors and solutions when relevant.
Support leadership on technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Candidate Profile & Specific Requirements
B.Tech/B.E. graduate from an IIT or NIT; Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
Strong programming, systems thinking and problem-solving fundamentals.
Ability to independently take a problem from concept to execution.
Strong communication and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building technology in a growing business.
Candidates with demonstrated software, product, automation, AI/ML or technology project experience are preferred.
