Job Title: Packaging Designer Executive
Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer Executive to handle end-to-end packaging design and artwork execution. The role involves creating innovative, functional, and visually compelling packaging solutions while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, compliance, and print readiness.

Key Responsibilities :
Packaging Design & Artwork
Create engaging and brand-aligned packaging designs for boxes, labels, sachets, jars, bottles, pouches, etc.
Develop layouts, graphics, typography, and visual elements while maintaining brand guidelines.
Adapt existing designs across different SKUs, sizes, and packaging formats.
Ensure packaging designs deliver strong shelf appeal and a consistent brand identity.
Compliance & Information Layout
Accurately incorporate mandatory packaging information such as:
Ingredients
Barcode
FSSAI/FDA details
Net weight and MRP
Manufacturing and expiry details
Usage instructions
Legal disclaimers




Ensure all packaging artwork complies with relevant industry regulations and brand standards.
Pre-Press & Print Coordination
Prepare accurate print-ready files with correct dielines, bleed, trim marks, colour specifications, and print settings.
Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality and error-free production.
Review proofs and colour samples and ensure the final output matches approved artwork.
Troubleshoot design and print-related issues and ensure timely execution.

Key Tools & Software :
Adobe Illustrator – Strong proficiency
Adobe Photoshop – Strong proficiency
Adobe InDesign – Valuable proficiency
CorelDRAW – Good knowledge preferred
Strong understanding of dielines, CMYK, Pantone, colour separation, bleed, and print production processes.

Preferred Background :
Experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
