Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering activities across project life cycles, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project plans and schedules, supporting design and engineering decisions, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams, vendors,



and clients to maintain progress. The role also involves monitoring project performance, identifying risks, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Engineer contributes to continuous improvement in project delivery by recommending technical and process enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
