A Technical Product Manager acts as a bridge between business and engineering teams, ensuring the successful technical implementation of product requirements. This role involves defining a technical roadmap with engineering, managing and prioritizing the product backlog in tools like Rally or Jira, and translating business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories. The manager collaborates closely with Agile teams for sprint planning and delivery, oversees system integrations for compatibility,



and partners with QA to maintain quality standards. Additionally, they clarify technical challenges, balance trade-offs, and ensure that all solutions align with customer needs and usability expectations.
