Primary Responsibilities

Lead by example through active participation in software design, coding, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementation of complex features, ensuring engineering excellence and delivery quality across teams
Lead and manage one or more agile engineering teams responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of business-critical applications
Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including AI/ML, digital modernization,



client implementations, regulatory, compliance, and operational excellence programs
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Partners, Architects, Operations, and Client Teams to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution of commitments
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for cloud-native, microservices-based applications while actively contributing to solution design, technical problem resolution, and critical engineering decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, quality gates, operational readiness processes, and software development governance across teams
Manage application lifecycle activities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
Drive adoption of AI-powered engineering
