If you think performance marketing is just “set up an ad and check the leads” , this probably isn’t for you.

We’re looking for someone who can think beyond campaigns — understand the business, build the right strategy, analyse what’s working, and continuously optimise.

What you’ll work on:
Google Ads — Search, Performance Max, Display & You Tube Meta Ads — Lead generation, awareness, retargeting & conversion campaigns Linked In Ads — B2 B campaigns, lead generation & audience targeting SEO — Keyword research, on-page strategy, content & performance AEO — Optimising content for AI-driven search and answer engines Campaign planning, audience research, keyword strategy & funnel building Tracking, analytics,



reporting and conversion optimisation Working with creatives and content teams to improve campaign performance
What we're looking for: Someone who understands why a campaign works , not just how to set one up.

You should be comfortable with numbers, data, testing and optimisation , while also having enough marketing sense to understand the creative side of performance.

And yes, you should be able to look at a campaign that isn't working and say “I know what we need to change.”
