About the Role

Pinnacle Future Build Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Campaign Executive to plan and execute targeted B2 B campaigns, generate qualified leads, and contribute to business pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2 B lead generation, campaign management, prospect research, database building, and multi-channel outreach . The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to convert targeted prospects into qualified meetings and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Plan and execute B2 B lead-generation campaigns across target industries, geographies, and services. Research and identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and relevant prospects . Build, segment, and maintain accurate, high-quality prospect databases.



Execute multi-channel campaigns across Email, Linked In, Digital Advertising, Webinars, Events, and Outbound Outreach . Develop targeted and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in coordination with Sales and Business Development teams. Ensure leads are properly captured, qualified, assigned, and tracked in CRM/Salesforce. Monitor Sales follow-up and lead progression across MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline . Track key campaign metrics, including response rates, meetings generated, conversions, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI . Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize target audiences, messaging, and campaign performance. Maintain accurate campaign data, lead-source attribution, and robust CRM hygiene .

Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in B2 B lead generation, demand generation, or campaign management. Strong understanding of the B2 B sales and marketing funnel . Hands-on experience with
