What would you do?

Team
Lead a large global Supply Planning organization of 250+ professionals, including Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leads,



Senior Analysts and Analysts across multiple markets and planning environments.
You will be part of Supply Chain Planning Team which is responsible for end to end supply planning and execution
Masters degree in Supply Chain MBA Operations Analytics Business Management or equivalent
Experience leading largescale planning transformation, operating model design, technology-enabled planning and global delivery organizations.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable supply planning processes, technology solutions and measurable business outcomes. What are we looking for?
20 to 25+ years of progressive experience in Supply Planning, Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Transformation, with significant experience leading global planning organizations.
Strong FMCG Consumer Goods experience is essential, with demonstrated understanding of highvolume, multiSKU and multi-market supply chains.
