As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of language models into applications.
Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement.
Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
Strong understanding of training methodologies using large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
