Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day campaign execution, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring outdoor and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media activities.



Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and vendors, managing site bookings, ensuring timely installation and maintenance of advertising assets, and tracking campaign performance and compliance. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, preparing status reports, assisting with budgeting and invoicing, and supporting client servicing teams with operational inputs. The Operations Executive will also contribute to process improvements and ensure that all operational activities meet company standards for quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination abilities, including experience managing schedules, multiple projects, and vendor relationships.
Basic understanding of outdoor media, DOOH, and integrated marketing operations, with an interest in advertising and branding.
