Finance, Costing, IPO Readiness & Compliance

Position: CA / CS / CMA Article
Location: Jodhpur
Experience: Articleship / Fresher
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare account-wise cost sheets with accurate allocation of expenses.
* Prepare PI-wise costing sheets and analyse product/order-level profitability.
* Prepare and maintain a comprehensive list of costing heads.
* Analyse cost components, variations, margins and profitability.
* Assist in preparation of financial MIS and management reports.
* Assist the Finance & Compliance team in IPO readiness activities.
* Support documentation, data preparation and record-keeping required for IPO preparedness and due diligence.
* Assist in maintaining and reviewing corporate, financial and regulatory compliances.
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, auditors and other professional advisors for required information and documentation.
* Support implementation of internal controls,



processes and compliance systems.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely submission of financial and compliance-related information.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Pursuing CA / CS / CMA articleship.
* Strong fundamentals in accounting, costing and financial analysis.
* Interest in IPO readiness, corporate compliance and financial controls.
* Good command of MS Excel and documentation.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
* Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.

Learning & Exposure

The role will provide practical exposure to product costing, PI-wise profitability, financial MIS, IPO readiness, due diligence, corporate compliances, internal controls and management reporting in a growing FMCG export company.
