• Develop concepts, mood boards, layouts, color palettes, and complete design direction
• Create memorable bedrooms, gathering spaces, game rooms, theaters, wellness areas, and outdoor experiences
• Source and select furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, décor, fixtures, and materials from online retailers
• Source creatively while balancing ??????, ??????????, ?????? & ???? ????
• Create detailed shopping lists with product links, pricing, quantities, dimensions, and alternatives when needed
• Create clear layouts, specifications, and visual instructions so our on-site teams and contractors can accurately execute your vision
• Collaborate remotely with our construction and operations teams throughout implementation
• Review property photos and videos to provide feedback on insta
