We’re hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage and deepen relationships with an active portfolio of retail, affluent & HNI investors.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned client portfolio.
• Conduct periodic client conversations and portfolio reviews.
• Help clients understand their investments, portfolio performance and relevant market developments.




• Monitor SIP engagement and proactively address client concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely execution.
• Identify relevant investment opportunities based on genuine client needs.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Broking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs & basic asset allocation.
• NISM Series V-A – Mandatory.
• MBA Finance / CFP® / relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive mindset with solid ownership and follow-up discipline.
