Role Description The Sales Executive role at Engage Experts is a contract, hybrid position based in Rajkot, with flexibility for partial work from home. In this role, the Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and conduct sales presentations and product or service demonstrations. The role includes preparing proposals and quotations,



negotiating terms within established guidelines, and following up consistently to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings, gather client feedback, and support account handover and ongoing client satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights will be required to support decision-making and strategy refinement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or business development, preferably in professional services or technology-enabled solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, present solutions clearly, and handle negotiations professionally.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and work toward defined targets with minimal supervision.
