MokkaFarms is a fresh/ made-to-order coffee brand, offering various Indian Coffee Beans, Filter Coffee, Premium Ground and Specialty Coffee, and related Merchandise/ Accessories. We sell direct-to-consumer through MokkaFarms.com, apart from Amazon and other channels, and we're focused on building a great brand that is focused on quality and consistency for the Indian middle class and lower middle class consumers.

*Role Overview*

We're looking for a hands-on marketing & website professional to own the day-to-day strategy/ execution of our D2C Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and thereby the entire website. This is a thinker+doer's role - this is a path to grow into a senior role on the team, with room to take on more ownership as you prove yourself. You'll work closely with the marketing head on strategy, and also execute it efficiently (page updates, creatives, campaigns, and listings) with minimal oversight.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*

*Google Ads & Meta Ads Management*
- Own end-to-end management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns—setup, targeting, budgets,



bidding, and creative rotation
- Monitor and optimize for blended ROAS; pause or reallocate spend from underperforming campaigns
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance
- Coordinate with the social media team/agency to ensure content and campaigns are aligned
- Report on campaign performance weekly, tying spend back to website conversions and revenue

*Website Management*
- Improve site trust and experience - imagery, layout, product storytelling, checkout flow
- Assist with SEO basics: page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal linking, site speed checks
- Own site merchandising: new product setups (gift boxes, accessories, coffee pods), pricing, inventory sync
- Execute day-to-day updates on MokkaFarms.com (Shopify): product pages, collections, banners, copy edits
- ⁠Support recent website initiatives, as they launch/ ideated upon
