Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced BSA Lead / System Analyst with solid expertise in the Lending domain or extensive experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements,
defining functional solutions, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver effective banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities for banking and lending applications.
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Define functional solutions aligned with business objectives and system capabilities.
Support solution design, system enhancements, testing, implementation, and production releases.
Lead requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and provide recommendation
