Role Description The Billing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Dhole Patil Road, Pune City in a Quick Service Restaurant outlet. The individual in this role prepares, reviews, and processes customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing billing records,



reconciling invoice discrepancies, coordinating with the Owner and maintaining up-to-date documentation. The Billing Associate also responds to customer billing inquiries, provides clear and professional communication, and helps resolve issues swiftly to support a positive customer experience. The role involves working with billing software, following standardized procedures, and supporting continuous improvements in the billing process.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in billing operations, including Billing Process and Invoicing.
Education: 10+2 Minimum with basic computer knowledge
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand billing, payments, and basic accounting concepts.
