Truxt AI is looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Executive to help us build our global sales pipeline across India, the US, and Europe.

Truxt AI is an AI-powered Engineering Intelligence platform helping technology organizations improve software engineering productivity, engineering visibility, and decision-making through actionable insights.
We work with technology companies, SaaS businesses, enterprises, and organizations with large engineering teams.
The Role
This is not a transactional sales role.
You’ll own enterprise prospecting, outbound growth, CXO engagement, and opportunity creation. You’ll work closely with leadership to identify target accounts, connect with senior technology decision-makers, understand their challenges, and create qualified enterprise opportunities.

What You’ll Do
Build and research enterprise target-account lists
Identify decision-makers and buying signals
Execute cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms
Qualify inbound & outbound opportunities
Schedule product demos and discovery meetings
Understand customer pain points and business challenges
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data
Conduct competitor and market research
Track AI adoption and engineering productivity trends
Build relationships with technology leaders, founders, partners, consulting firms and system integrators
Provide weekly market intelligence to leadership
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2–6 years
Location: India — Remote/Hybrid
