Role Description The Tech Lead / Engineering Manager will oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of payment and financial technology solutions, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable systems. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves leading and mentoring engineering teams, guiding software design and development,



and facilitating effective collaboration across product, operations, and business stakeholders. The individual will review architecture and code, manage technical roadmaps, and drive best practices in security, performance, and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and tracking projects, coordinating integrations with internal and external systems, resolving technical issues, and continuously improving development processes and tooling.
