Role Description The Polymer Compounder with experience of minimum 3 years role at YASH Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.



The role involves operating and monitoring compounding equipment to produce polymer compounds as per specified formulations and production schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring and mixing raw materials, setting up and adjusting machinery parameters, and overseeing batch processing to ensure consistent quality and output. The Polymer Compounder will perform in-process quality checks, maintain production records, and coordinate with the quality control team to meet product standards and safety requirements. The role also includes handling material movement, supporting protected equipment operation, and communicating with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues and optimize efficiency.
