Role Description The Field Engineer role at Japneet Fiber is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Field Engineer will install, configure, and maintain fiber-based internet connections and related network equipment at customer locations. Daily tasks include performing in office diagnostics, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and providing technical support to resolve service disruptions promptly. The role involves coordinating field service activities,



documenting work performed, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and high-quality service delivery. Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for resolving network and connectivity issues.
