Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their requirements.
Explain the company's stock market and financial services clearly to prospective clients.
Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly business targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships.
Handle client queries and provide timely assistance.
Support clients during the onboarding and registration process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Stay updated with basic stock market concepts, trading services, and financial-market developments.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Tele calling, Stock Market, Financial Services, or related fields.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Basic understanding of the stock market and trading.
Comfortable with outbound calling and client acquisition.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CRM, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
