* Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
* Analyze business data and prepare reports/presentations.
* Identify operational problems and propose solutions.
* Coordinate with different teams such as technology, sales, marketing, and operations.
* Track key projects, deadlines, and KPIs.
* Help improve internal processes and workflows.
* Assist with business development and new initiatives.
* Prepare presentations, business documents, and financial/operational analyses.
* Take ownership of projects from idea → execution → results.
