Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur for an Experienced Edtech Sales Professional. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultative sales conversations with aspiring and working technology professionals, and recommending suitable CCTA program tracks and bundles.



The professional will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through enrollment, including follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates. Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align messaging, participating in events and webinars to generate demand, and providing feedback to refine offerings based on learner and corporate partner needs. The role also requires meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a learner-centric, ethical sales approach.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2C or B2B edtech sales, preferably in technology or professional upskilling programs.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand learner and employer needs.
