Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Specialist role based in Belgaum. The IT Specialist will manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure across multiple restaurant and catering locations, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, resolving technical issues, implementing security measures,



and ensuring reliable connectivity for point-of-sale and operational systems. The role also involves providing timely technical support to internal teams, documenting incidents and resolutions, and coordinating with vendors or external service providers as needed. The IT Specialist will work closely with operations and management to ensure technology systems effectively support business processes and service excellence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge with hands-on experience in hardware, software, and systems support.
