Technical Program Manager to support a large delivery team of 30–40 resources based in India. This is more a coordination and enablement role than a hands-on delivery role. The Technical Program Manager will act as the central point of contact tracking day-to-day progress, proactively identifying where individual resources are blocked or at risk, and driving timely resolution by working across teams. The role is critical to keeping delivery visibility high for onshore stakeholders and reducing the time resources spend stuck on issues.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily/weekly check-ins with 30–40 resources to understand task status, progress, and blockers.
Proactively identify where individual contributors are stuck (technical, access, dependency, or process-related) and route issues to the right owner for resolution.
Build and publish a Weekly Blocker Report summarizing open blockers, owners, aging, and resolution status for leadership visibility.
Track resolution turnaround and follow up until blockers are closed; escalate aging or high-impact issues promptly.




Maintain a running tracker (Excel/SharePoint) of resource status, task assignments, and issue history.
Act as a liaison between individual resources and project leads/managers to remove friction in day-to-day work.
Facilitate stand-ups, status calls, and ad hoc sync meetings as needed to keep delivery moving.
Flag recurring or systemic issues (e.g., repeated access delays, unclear requirements) to leadership for root-cause resolution.
Support onboarding coordination for recent resources joining the program (access, tools, documentation).
Prepare and present concise status summaries to Intuit stakeholders and Agama account leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or program support roles, ideally in IT services/staffing environments.
Proven experience coordinating with large teams (25+ resources) across distributed locations.
