Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow relationships with buyers, investors, developers,



and channel partners, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the real estate transaction cycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits, and providing transparent, structured guidance on market trends, pricing, and financing options. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, following up on leads, supporting negotiation and closure of deals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The Relationship Manager is expected to proactively build a pipeline of prospective clients, represent Next Door Realty professionally, and uphold the company’s standards of transparency and customer-centric service.
