Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process for current and upcoming residential projects, including lead generation, client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups. This role will manage and track inquiries, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and support clients through booking and documentation. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies, maintain accurate sales records, and meet or exceed sales targets.



The position involves building long-term customer relationships and representing JVJ DREAM DEVELOPERS professionally in the local market.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in closing deals and meeting targets.
Customer relationship management abilities, including handling inquiries, conducting property presentations, and providing post-sale support.
Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably residential projects such as villas and apartments.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools.
Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar field is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage multiple leads, and adapt to a fast-paced project environment.
