Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading residential and/or commercial interior projects from concept to completion. This role involves developing design concepts, preparing presentations and mood boards, coordinating space planning, and producing detailed drawings and specifications. The designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and present design solutions that balance function, aesthetics, and budget.



Day-to-day activities include supervising design execution on-site, coordinating with vendors and contractors, overseeing FF&E; selections and procurement, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. The Senior Interior Designer will also mentor junior team members, contribute to design guidelines, and support continuous improvement of studio processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with experience translating client needs into cohesive design concepts.
Candidates should possess expertise in Space Planning, ensuring efficient, ergonomic, and safe layouts for residential and/or commercial spaces.
