Nextagmedia is looking for a senior business leader to take ownership of our international affiliate and performance marketing business and help us scale aggressively across global markets.
This is a business leadership role, not just a sales position.
We’re looking for someone who can build markets, develop high-value partnerships, drive revenue, own commercial outcomes, and build a strong international team.
Where You'll Focus
Tier-1 Markets: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe
MENA/GCC: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait & wider MENA
APAC: Singapore, Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia & other high-potential markets
What You'll Own
Build and scale international affiliate & performance marketing revenue
Develop relationships with global advertisers and brands
Build strategic partnerships with affiliate networks, publishers, agencies and performance partners
Drive new market expansion across Tier-1, MENA and APAC
Lead commercial negotiations across CPA, CPS, CPL, RevShare and hybrid models




Own international revenue, profitability and P&L;
Build and manage the international business team
Develop strategic agency and advertiser partnerships
Build a scalable global partner ecosystem
Identify recent business opportunities and create long-term revenue channels
Who We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from senior professionals with 8+ years of experience across:
Affiliate Marketing | Performance Marketing | Affiliate Networks | CPA Networks | AdTech | Digital Advertising | Media | Partnerships | International Business Development
You should ideally have:
A strong international network of advertisers, agencies, publishers or affiliate networks
Proven experience in international revenue growth
Strong understanding of affiliate/performance business models
Experience with CPA / CPS / CPL / CPI / CPO / RevShare
Experience owning a business vertical, revenue function or P&L;
Strong commercial and negotiation ski
