JSW Sports is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Mumbai.

Role Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across JSW Sports and its businesses. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify talent across both corporate and sports-specific roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding the requirement to offer closure and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role expectations and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, professional networks and other channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Conduct initial screening and assessments to evaluate candidates on skills, experience, cultural fit and role suitability.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Drive offer discussions, negotiations and closure of candidates within agreed timelines.
Work closely with HR and business teams to ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers and dashboards, including open positions, pipeline, ageing, closures and offer-to-join ratios.
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives, including campus hiring, referral programmes and talent events.
Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and ensure effective utilisation of recruitment partners.
Continuously identify and implement ways to improve quality of hire, hiring speed and candidate experience.
