Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panipat. In this role, the Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable banking products and services. Day-to-day activities include managing a portfolio of customers, cross-selling and up-selling relevant products, handling service requests and queries,



and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Relationship Manager collaborates with branch and product teams to achieve business targets, monitors account activity, and supports compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves regular customer meetings, market outreach, and timely reporting of sales and service activities.
Qualifications

Ability to develop and manage customer relationships, including strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Competence in sales and cross-selling of banking products such as accounts, loans, deposits, and insurance or investment offerings.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
Sound understanding of basic banking operations, documentation, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
