As we expand our Mumbai operations, we are looking for a Sr. Sous Chef who is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of building something exceptional.

THE ROLE

This is more than a kitchen production role.

As Sr. Sous Chef – Catering Operations, you will be at the heart of bringing DIVA's menus and concepts to life—from the first tasting to the final plate at the event.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead teams, manage production, execute bespoke menus, and ensure every dish reflects DIVA's standards of quality, creativity and precision.

WHAT YOU'LL DO




Lead culinary execution for luxury weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and large-format experiences.
Manage kitchen teams, production, mise en place and event-day execution.
Bring customized menus and cutting-edge live cooking concepts to life.
Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, tastings and trials.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation at scale.
Lead on-site kitchens and live stations during events.
Plan production schedules, manpower and event requirements.
Manage inventory, requisitions, food cost and wastage.
Ensure uncompromising food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
Mentor and develop the next generation of culinary talent.
Work closely with operations, event planners and service teams to deliver seamless events.
