Role Description The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support front-end hospitality services and ensure smooth office functioning. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and includes responsibilities such as data entry, document management, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams. The position involves preparing reports, assisting with basic finance-related tasks like invoice tracking, and supporting sales documentation and follow-up.



The role also requires regular communication with colleagues, timely resolution of operational issues, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
Candidates should possess basic Sales support skills, including handling inquiries and maintaining sales records.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills, such as managing bills, tracking payments, and assisting with financial records.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
